Having grown out of Riga Medical Institute, Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) offers medicine and healthcare studies and social science studies steeped in historic traditions, while also incorporating the latest world trends. RSU’s teaching staff are professionals in their areas of expertise and are opinion-leaders in society. Our diplomas open the way to interesting professions in Latvia and the wider world. Former students of the university’s medicine and healthcare programmes treat patients in Latvia’s largest hospitals and outpatient clinics.
