一.条款内容
During the coronavirus crisis, Russians are using their love of black humor to help boost morale. Although the number of cases is declining, the number of cases in Russia ranks third in the world. Some people think that the blockade rules are too strict and the government's support for enterprises is insufficient. Such complaints have already appeared.
In a sketch, TV comedian Maxim Galkin imitates a conversation between President Vladimir Putin and the mayor of Moscow, which is about a fictitious government order and outlines a "breathing schedule" with the relaxation of the blockade. "It sounds undemocratic-as if we want to control who can breathe, when and who can't," Putin, with a serious expression, said in the sketch. Considering the suppression of political opponents, Putin continued: "It is true that we sometimes cut off some people's oxygen, but we will not cut off most people's oxygen-at least for now. So let's just add one word (and call it) timetable to breathe freely. "
The other is a cursed ballad written by comedian Xie Miao Slepakov, hoping that the blockade will end so that people can go back to their old lives, although they may be depressed. "Let's go back to the terrible things in this country," he sang a chorus while playing the guitar. "They can trample on our rights, transport our timber to China and raise the pension age to 72," he sang sarcastically.
Several jokes poke fun at the authorities for having required entrepreneurs to pay staff in full throughout the shutdown despite many of them complaining of too little government help.
"Putin walks into a bar, orders a beer for everyone and says' free'", which is a popular joke. A joke repeats the report that the global wildlife has recovered due to the blockade of economic activities, saying that in Russia's very traditional rural areas, the only new way of life is the returning workers who have lost their jobs in cities. "Because of quarantine, the environment has become much cleaner, and Russian villages have seen the return of baristas, marketing professionals and personal growth coaches."
